〇SSW Remaining years *No qualification: 3.5 years or more remaining *Shoninsha kenshu qualification: 3 years remaining *Jitsumusha kenshu qualification: 2.5 years remaining 〇Domestic applicants with residence status Those who have Japanese language proficiency (JLPT) N4 or higher Caregiving experience is not required, but must begin taking the initial training course (shoninsya kensyu) within 3 months of employment (paid for by the company)
